Multi-award winning Welsh comic Rhod Gilbert is coming to Ipswich’s Regent theatre next year.
Boasting several sell-out UK tours, best-selling stand-up DVDs and his own BBC One show, the Live At The Apollo regular’s rants on life’s minor irritations are legendary.
He’s also headlined Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, hosted Have I Got News For You and Never Mind The Buzzcocks and appeared on The Royal Variety Performance as well as making regular guest appearances on panel shows 8 out of 10 Cats and Would I Lie To You?
The Mr Angry of Comedy, also a regular on Radio 2 and BBC Wales, brings his new stand-up show - The Man with the flaming Battenberg Tattoo - to town on Friday, June 8.
Will the new, chilled-out Gilbert get his girl and live happily ever after or will it be microwaved baked potato for one again?
Tickets are on sale now.
