FELIXSTOWE: It may be classed as an adult comedy show, but the Simply Funny audience at the Spa Pavilion tomorrow are promised good clean fun.
IT may be classed as an adult comedy show, but the Simply Funny audience at Felixstowe’s Spa Pavilion on July 24 are promised good clean fun.
Comedians Tucker, Steve Hewlett and Paul Adams got tired of grimacing and blushing at shows they went to see, agreeing comedy needn’t be nasty or dirty - just funny.
Tucker has opened for some of the world’s biggest stars such as Paul Anka, Johnnie Mathis and Basil Brush. He’s headlined his own summer shows and his TV work includes presenting an 18-episode run of The New Variety Show.
Steve has become one of the UK’s top ventriloquists performing in theatres, cabaret clubs, cruise ships and at festivals.
Paul’s been performing comedy for 20 years and has nine appearances at the Royal Albert Hall to his name.
Julie Howes, theatre manager, said: “These are tough times at the moment so a little bit of laughter can go a long way. With three great comedians and entertainers Simply Funny promises to be a real fun and intimate night out for everyone.”
