Fancy a lead role in a major 20th Century Fox feature film directed by Hunt for the Wilderpeople and Thor Ragnarok’s Taika Waititi?

London-based Des Hamilton Casting is holding an open casting call at the Jada Theatre School, Southend, from 1.30pm-5.30pm on March 17.

It’s looking for a quirky, working class, caucasian boy, aged 10-11 and preferably small for his age, with a distinctive, characterful face.

You won’t be required to audition at this point, it’ll just be a brief, informal chat on camera. Previous acting experience isn’t necessary and the role is a paid one.

There’s no need to make an appointment, just turn up.
