AN ESSEX gallery is hosting a spring exhibition featuring famed artists including Turner Prize winner Grayson Perry.

The Geedon gallery in Fingringhoe will feature a range of pieces from world renowned and local modern British artists and sculptors.

Ceramics by cross dressing artist Grayson Perry will be on show in the New English Art Club and Others exhibition which takes place inside a converted Barn, overlooking the Geedon Creek.

The gallery, run by Caroline Bailey Knox and Jacqueline Wolfers, has been hosting exhibitions for more than 10 years and this will be the first of two major shows for 2011.

Visitors can see the spring exhibition until April 25. For more information visit www.geedongallery.co.uk
