Pop chanteuse Paloma Faith is coming to the Ipswich Regent this summer, we can reveal.

Hackney-born Faith’s debut album Do You Want The Truth Or Something Beautiful? sold more than half a million copies, spawning hit singles Stone Cold Sober, New York, Do You Want the Truth Or Something Beautiful? and Upside Down.

It earned Faith a nomination for Best British Female at the Brit Awards and the honour of closing the 2011 ceremony singing with Cee-Lo Green.

Picking Up The Pieces, the first single from her follow-up Fall To Grace, is out on May 20.

The new album is out May 28 and has been produced by Nellee Hooper, who has worked with Bjork, No Doubt, Massive Attack and Madonna; along with Jake Gosling, who has worked with Suffolk’s own Ed Sheeran.

Tickets for her July 11 gig go on sale at 9am this Friday. Visit www.ipswichregent.com or call the box office on 01473 433100.
