Beer festival organisers Camra have banned football shirts from the event on Saturday, acting on police advice. Camra spokesman Nigel Smith said: “Football fans can still come along, but we’re asking them to either take your football shirt off or cover it up.” Police advise opposing fans are separated in pubs.
