Musical theatre star Michael Ball is coming to the Regent next year.
He’ll be singing some of the biggest hits from his recording and stage careers plus tracks from new album Both Sides Now, featuring new songs written by Andrew Lloyd-Webber and Tim Rice.
Ball has enjoyed award-winning lead roles in the West End and on Broadway over the last 25 years including Marius in Les Miserables, Giorgio in Passion, Raoul in Phantom of the Opera, Alex in Aspects of Love, Caractacus Potts in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Count Fosco in Woman In White, Edna Turnblad in Hairspray, winning him a Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actor In A Musical and Sweeney Todd in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street.
A massive multi-platinum recording artist and concert performer he’s also a successful TV and radio broadcaster. He’s returning to BBC Radio 2 with a new show on January 13.
Michael Ball’s Both Sides Now tour comes to the theatre on April 15. Tickets go on sale 9am Friday, November 30. The new album is out next February.
