A STORY regarded as an American classic has opened at a Colchester theatre.
Arthur Miller’s A View From the Bridge is playing at the Mercury Theatre until April 30.
Directed by Janice Dunn, the stage is set in 1950s Brooklyn in a tightknit community bound by codes of honour and justice.
Miller’s powerful tale is one of the great classic plays of the 20th century and resonates with the same emotional impact today as when it was written.
Tickets range from 8.75 to 19.90 and can be booked at www.mecurytheatre.co.uk.
