Christmas at Flatford

Get yourself in the festive spirit in the ancient hall of Valley Farm for a Victorian Christmas.

There will be a cosy wood fire, greenery hanging from the ancient walls and a Christmas tree.

There will also be costumed volunteers on hand to tell you about winter activities.

Head down to the Sutton Memorial Hall between 10am and 1pm to take a look at the Christmas stalls.

The hall will be packed with jewellery, cards, Christmas decorations, children’s gifts, woodenware and more.

There will also be a yummy cake stall, a tombola and a raffle.

The event is being held to raise money for Sutton Memorial Hall and All Saints Church.

An Evening with Mozart

The Ipswich Bach Choir and Ipswich Chamber Orchestra will present a programme of Mozart’s masterpieces, under conductor Patrick McCarthy.

The evening will include two of his most popular choral works the Coronation Mass and the Vespers.

There will also be a Flute Concerto in D with soloist Mary Blanchard.

The RSPCA Suffolk East and Ipswich Branch are throwing their annual Christmas fair.

The ViVo Village Voices choir will be singing Christmas carols and you’ll have the chance to meet Father Christmas.

Vegan Christmas Fair

The Christmas Fair has over 40 stalls all selling 100% vegan products, ranging from food, craft, clothing, cosmetics and gifts.

The proceeds raised will go to Lotus Stray Rescue – an English charity focused on spay & neuter and rescue of Romanian strays.
