Head down to the Cat Cafe and re-homing centre to enjoy festivities and raise money for the rescue cats.

There will be Christmas themed treats, home made cakes, mulled wine, cider and mince pies.

There is also children’s face painting, name that cat, a tombola, raffle and home made jewellery.

All money goes towards re-homing, cat food or vet treatment of the cafe cats.

Father Christmas comes to Easton Farm Park

The magical experience includes a sleigh ride to meet the animals, a gift from Father Christmas and children’s Christmas party food.

Get into the Christmas spirit at the Riverside Winter Wonderland.

There will be an ice rink, a Santa’s grotto, festive food and drink and appearances from Pops the penguin.

Skate amongst the beautiful decorations, sing along to Christmas carols and enjoy a great time out with friends and family.

Demon Xtreme Ice Slider

Castle Park, Colchester

Who needs snow when you can go sledging this weekend without it.

The DX Ice Slider is a 35 metre long ride with five lanes, four lanes are to be used with a plastic sled and the other is for more adventurous riders.

Each person gets 25 minutes to slide down as many times as you can fit in, so the quicker you get up the slope the more rides you have.

Please note the sleds are designed for all ages but height restrictions do apply.
