Event and Metrodome have teamed up to give away two copies of the movie Summer in February.
Starring Downton Abbey’s Dan Stevens, The Devil’s Double’s Dominic Cooper and Sucker Punch’s Emily Browning it’s directed by Christopher Menaul with a screenplay by Jonathan Smith based on his 1995 novel.
Summer in February, which went down a storm at Ipswich Film Theatre recently, focuses on the wild and bohemian Lamorna Group, dominated by the charismatic AJ Munnings (Cooper).
The incendiary anti-Modernist, now regarded as one of Britain’s most sought-after artists, is at the heart of the complex love triangle involving aspiring young painter Florence Carter-Wood (Browning) and Gilbert Evans (Stevens), the land agent in charge of the Lamorna estate.
The DVD extras include interviews with Menaul, Gilbert’s son David Evans; Cooper, Browning and Smith plus behind-the-scenes on-set montage with talking head interviews.
To win, tell us: Who did Cooper play in Captain America, the First Avenger? Email your answer by 9am, Friday, November 1, to event@archant.co.uk
