CRYSTAL Palace boss Neil Warnock has been asked by The Football Association to explain his post-match comments following the Eagles' 2-2 draw against Aston Villa on Sunday.
Villa's late equaliser in the FA Cup fifth round tie was scored after a corner had been incorrectly awarded prompting Warnock to call for assistant referee Trevor Massey to be banned.
An FA spokesperson confirmed this morning they would like Warnock's “observations” following his comments in the media and he has until February 23 to respond.
