Customers will get the chance to sample tipples from near and far in the first gin and beer festival being held at a historic pub on the Norfolk/Suffolk border.
The Oaksmere, located between Diss and Eye, will feature a specialist gin bar featuring both local and unusual gins from around the world, as well as 20 local ales and ciders and continental style beers, at the event on May 25 and 26.
The festival, to be held in the large events marque within the grounds of the historic pub, will also include live bands and entertainment, a tug of war tournament and yard of ales competition. Festival goers will also be given a voting card to judge the best beer.
There will be a mini bus shuttling festival goers to and from Diss station throughout the day. Doors open at 12pm both days, tickets are £12 in advance, £14 on the door. To book call 01379 873940.
