East Anglia-based HR specialist Waddington Brown has teamed up with a life coach from Suffolk to stage a seminar on wellbeing and mental health strategies in the workplace
The taster session, led by Josie Copsey of Aeracura Life Coaching, from Woolpit, near Bury St Edmunds, will take place at Colchester United Football club on Tuesday, February 27.
Emma Gunton, managing director at Waddington Brown, which is based in Ipswich and also has offices in Norwich and Cambridge, said: “With more companies than ever before starting to see an increase in their sickness levels, the root cause is generally stress, anxiety and other mental health concerns.
“The pressures of balancing a successful career, a demanding job and quality time with family and friends can leave you with very little time left to look after ourselves.
“We are delighted to have teamed up with Josie Copsey, a life change expert and development coach who has over two decades experience in the corporate world. She’s helped a number of large companies such as Unilever, Royal Bank of Scotland and Herbert Smith Freehills to develop their people and support them through transformation projects.”
The session on February 27 is free to attend and will include a light lunch, refreshments and an opportunity to network. For more information please call Waddington Brown on 01473 359159 or email Kerry.bloomfield@waddingtonbrown.co.uk
