The trial of a 33-year-old Suffolk woman accused of throwing bleach at another woman will take place next year.
Rebecca Billanie, of London Road South, Lowestoft, has denied applying a corrosive substance with intent to cause grievous bodily harm in May last year.
Her trial, which is expected to last three days, was due to take place during a two-week warned list in August but was adjourned due to the lack of courtroom availability as a result of the backlog of cases in the criminal justice system.
At a hearing at Ipswich Crown Court on Monday, Billanie’s trial was placed in a two week warned list commencing September 16 next year.
