There are delays on the A12 due to a burst water main.
Temporary traffic lights were installed on the carriageway in Marlesford, in east Suffolk, at about 9.50am on Wednesday.
Suffolk Highways said the lights were put in place due to a burst water main.
According to Essex and Suffolk Water, a water leak in Main Road is being investigated.
