TWO people including a child have been taken to hospital after their car collided with the back of a lorry.
The crash happened on the A14 at Risby, near Bury St Edmunds, at 3pm.
A spokeswoman for the East of England Ambulance Service said a 12-year-old boy and a man aged in his 50s had been injured in the accident.
Both were taken to the West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds for treatment but their condition is not thought to be serious.
Fire engines attended the scene after receiving reports one of the casualties was trapped.
They used cutting gear to free him.
