THE inquest into the death of a 91-year-old woman who died at her village home has been opened.
Audrey Hardingham was pronounced dead at about 7.30pm on June 5 at her home address in Bradfield St Clare, near Bury St Edmunds. Her body was recovered from a pond after the pensioner had been missing for a few hours.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said the inquest had been opened and adjourned during a short hearing at Shire Hall in Bury.
