A MAN has appeared in an Essex court today charged with the manslaughter of Kelly Mack, a mother-of-two who died when she was hit by a train.
Miss Mack, 29, was hit by a train as she tried to cross the track near Hythe Railway Station in Colchester on March 27.
Darren Palmer, 38, who did not enter a plea, appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court today for a plea and case management hearing and was remanded in custody until his next hearing on August 12.
