A DRIVER was taken to hospital after his car ended up in a field near Bucklesham this morning.
The silver Toyota Corolla came off the eastbound carriageway of the road between junction 58, the Seven Hills Interchange and junction 59, Trimley St Martin.
Two ambulances were called to the scene at about 6am and took the male driver to Ipswich Hospital with minor injuries.
The inside lane of the eastbound A14 was closed temporarily, causing delays for motorists while paramedics attended the incident, but traffic was moving freely again by 7am.
