POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a robbery at a large DIY store.
The robbery happened at around 5.30pm yesterday at the B&Q at Hythe Quay, Colchester.
Two men approached a woman shop assistant looking as if they were about to purchase goods.
But instead, one held the woman's arms while the other grabbed money from the till.
The pair made off with a four figure sum of cash.
They were described as white men in their early 20s.
The first was of chunky build, around 6ft tall, with brown hair. He wore a black T-shirt and beige combat trousers.
The second was of similar height, of thin build and with light brown hair. He wore light blue jeans and a blue T-shirt.
