TWO men arrested on suspicion of raping a 16-year-old girl as she walked along a town centre alleyway have been released on bail.
The teenager was allegedly raped in the early hours of Monday morning close to the King's Theatre in Fitzroy Street, Newmarket.
The two men, aged 18 and 21, were arrested in London on Wednesday, brought to Suffolk for questioning and released on police bail this morning.
They are due to appear at Bury St Edmunds police station on June 4.
