TOMMY Miller has not suffered a broken ankle but has suspected ligament damage and will definitely now miss the Wolves match as well as the Colchester United game tomorrow.
A scan showed no fracture but medical staff will have to wait until the severe swelling has gone down before they can judge the extent of the damage.
Miller hobbled off after trying to carry on following an awkward fall in the first half of the 1-1 draw at QPR.
The Blues midfielder, who scored in his last home appearance, will be sidelined and so Pablo Counago is expected to reclaim his starting place at Portman Road.
