A PLUMBER was left screaming in agony after a prostitute mutilated his penis with her teeth, a court has heard.

London vice girl Louise Jowett made animal-like grunting noises and looked “like a woman possessed” as she bit Brett O'Leary as hard as she could, Ipswich Crown Court was told.

Thirty-four-year-old Mr O'Leary described feeling an excruciating pain as Jowett bit his penis after he refused to give her more money.

“I started punching her to get her off. Her face was looking like the girl in The Exorcist where her head spins round.

“I tried to prise her teeth apart with my fingers. I was pleading with her to stop,” said Mr O'Leary.

His ordeal lasted for between 30 and 45 seconds until Jowett eventually released his penis from her mouth.

He immediately noticed that he was bleeding heavily and had curled up in a ball on his bed while she allegedly kicked him in the head.

He claimed that Jowett had then stood staring at him while he pleaded with her to call an ambulance for him.

She had then run out of the house while he managed to call the emergency services himself.

“I was panicking that I was going to bleed to death,” he said.

Giving evidence yesterday Mr O'Leary, of Hermitage Close, Clare, near Sudbury, said that he later underwent surgery during which the top of his penis had to be cut off to enable his urethra to be repaired.

Jowett, 22, of Southampton Row, London, has denied causing grievous bodily harm to Mr O'Leary with intent on September 3 last year.

Matthew McNiff, prosecuting, told the jury of six men and six women, that Jowett had bitten Mr O'Leary's penis with such determination that he required surgery to repair his shredded urethra.

“Such was the force used that some hours later in hospital teeth marks could still be seen on the penis,” he said.

He alleged that on the night in question Mr O'Leary had picked Jowett up in a red light area of London and she had agreed to travel back to Suffolk with him and have sex with him for £30.

During the journey, Mr O'Leary had stopped his BMW convertible at her request to enable her to buy some drugs and on their arrival at his home in Clare, Jowett had used some of the drugs and had a bath while Mr O'Leary spent over an hour talking on the telephone.

The couple had then started having sexual intercourse during which time Jowett had allegedly asked Mr O'Leary for more money.

When Mr O'Leary said he didn't have any more money Jowett had become aggressive.

“She took his penis in her mouth and gripped it between her teeth. She bit hard. She bit very hard causing indescribable pain,” said Mr McNiff.

He said that Mr O'Leary had lashed out and attempted to prise open Jarrett's mouth with his fingers. “He could hear her making noises like an animal,” said Mr McNiff.

After her arrest Jowett claimed that she had not worked as a prostitute for a year and said that Mr O'Leary had forced her into his car in London at knifepoint.

She said he had taken her against her will to his home in Clare where he had allegedly raped her.

She claimed he had physically assaulted her to get her to perform oral sex on him and she had bitten him in a bid to get away from him.

Giving evidence yesterday, Mr O'Leary denied abducting Jowett at knifepoint and raping her.

He accepted that he had been jailed for 18 months in 1998 for living off immoral earnings for a period of one month and that he had been fined £250 in 1994 for possessing an ecstasy tablet.

The trial continues.
