Two men and a 16-year-old boy will return to court on Friday for a pre-trial hearing after being charged with the murder of Ipswich teenager Tavis Spencer-Aitkens.
Callum Plaats, 23, of Findell Drive, Bramford, is due at crown court alongside Aristote Yenge, of no fixed abode in Ipswich, and a boy from Colchester, who can not be named for legal reasons.
All are charged with murder following the fatal stabbing of 17-year-old Tavis in Packard Avenue on June 2.
Yenge and the youth were charged on June 13 – both appearing before magistrates the following morning, and at crown court that afternoon, when they were remanded in custody until a hearing set for this Friday, June 27.
Plaats was arrested on Tuesday, and appeared before magistrates and then a judge on Wednesday, when he too was remanded to reappear alongside his co-defendants.
Two men, aged 20 and 19, arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder, remain on bail until Monday, July 30.
