Police recorded 40 Halloween related incidents last night, but not a single arrest was made in connection with the celebrations.
Suffolk police ran a dedicated dispatch folder in the control room overnight.
By this morning, 40 low-level incidents had been logged in relation to Halloween activities, but no arrests had been made.
Last week, the constabulary asked Suffolk residents to display Halloween posters in their homes to let trick-or-treaters know whether or not they are welcome.
They reminded people that anyone carrying out activities that may scare members of the public could be committing public order offences and may be subject to arrest.
