Police are appealing for witnesses to a burglary that took place in Felixstowe.
The incident happened yesterday (August 31) at a property on Hamilton Gardens in the town.
At some point between 3pm and 5pm the offender entered the property through the back garden, smashing a pane of glass in a conservatory door and entered the property.
They conducted an untidy search of the main bedroom and second bedroom taking a quantity of jewellery and cash before leaving via the front door.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, saw any suspicious activity in the area around the times stated or has knowledge of the incident should contact PC Russell Mason at Suffolk Police on 101 quoting crime number 37/58028/17 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
