Two top Ipswich Town players took time out of their preparations for Saturday’s clash with Brentford to pay a visit to some budding young footballers.
Dominic Iorfa and Myles Kenlock were at Portman Road yesterday to take part in World Cup Challenge Day.
Young players were taken under the defensive duo’s wings, and the pair were also on hand to offer words of encouragement ahead of the competition’s final.
Myles’ team were victorious – and together, they presented trophies to the youngsters.
Dominic said: “It’s great to come and see the youngsters playing but also great to interact and give advice where possible.”
Teammate Myles added: “My team came out on top which was great to see, but it’s all about the kids enjoying playing football and they all look as though they did.”
