A drop-in event to help advise people who have unused land in Ipswich will take place at the Ipswich Borough Council offices tomorrow.
The borough council issued a call for sites last month asking people and business with unused land of a quarter of an acre or more to get in touch, which could be used as a potential development.
Now, those with land are able to gain some advice between 9am and 12.30pm tomorrow at Grafton House in Russell Road.
A borough council spokesman said: “The local plan team has been encouraged by the initial response but wants to give more people the opportunity to find out about registering a disused building or an unused bit of land.
“If you cannot get along you can go online – it only takes a few minutes and if your site should be allocated for housing, employment or retail use it could be worth a lot more than at present.”
