Over the last few years traffic in and around Ipswich seems to have got worse.

More people seem to have been complaining about the delays they’ve found getting into the town centre and getting around the retail parks and business areas on the edge of Ipswich.

But is it really any worse? Is it the fault of the engineers responsible for the town’s traffic network? Or is it just the result of more vehicles using the road?

Is enough done to ensure that roadworks are co-ordinated? Are you fed up with seeing temporary traffic lights causing hold-ups but no one working on the road?

We want you to have your say on Ipswich’s roadworks.

Travel Ipswich has been blamed for many of the problems but that is now drawing to a close – but there have still been recent problems elsewhere in the town.

Woodbridge Road East and Heath Road have had roadworks for months as a gas main was replaced. There have been intermittent problems on many other areas – Nacton Road, Ransomes Way, Norwich Road, and Valley Road have all been affected recently.
