Felixstowe was invaded by a swashbuckling sea of pirates on Sunday as the town hosted its fourth annual Pirates on the Prom fundraiser.
More than 50 people headed to the seafront for the mile long walk from Ocean Boulevard, with eye patches, stripes and pirate hats aplenty.
Organised by Felixstowe resident Bex Sheppard, the event raised more than £1,200 for the British Heart Foundation, taking the total raised over the four years to £5,000.
“It was a really good day,” said Miss Sheppard. “People made such an effort. They were just brilliant. The kids were loving it.” To donate, visit www.justgiving.com/fundraising/pirates2016
