An Ipswich Town fan who suffered a cardiac arrest whilst watching the Fulham game at Portman Road on Tuesday night is said to be recovering well in hospital.
The man, believed to be in his 40s, collapsed and went into cardiac arrest at around 9.10pm.
An ambulance officer and ambulance crew were sent to the scene.
A defibrillator was used at the scene to restart the man’s heart.
He was taken to Ipswich Hospital for further treatment.
