A 71-year-old man from Little Blakenham has been charged with two counts of breaching an Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO).
Michael Keen, of The Beeches, has been charged with two counts of breaching an ASBO, two counts of harassment without violence, obstructing a constable in their execution of duty, and assaulting a constable whilst on duty.
He is due before Bury Magistrates Court on Tuesday, August 19.
All of the charges relate to incidents that happened between May 5 and June 22 in Little Blakenham.
Keen was issued with an anti-social behaviour order for two years by Bury Magistrates Court on May 14 this year.
