A Suffolk businessman will donate the first five days of profit from his new venture to the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA).
Murat Sanci opened his new business ‘Mr Kebab Elmswell’ yesterday, which is based at Elmswell’s train station.
Mr Sanci has been living and working in the UK for 19 years and already runs another kebab business in Ixworth.
Mr Sanci said: “I believe that the East Anglian Air Ambulance needs funds as they are used so much and are not appreciated as much as they should be.”
Sophie Mathew, community fundraising area manager at EAAA, said: “We are so pleased that Mr Sanci has chosen to donate the first five days of his profit to us.
“Every penny donated to us will go directly towards keeping our helicopters in the sky and our crew saving lives. We’d like to say a big thank you to Mr Sanci for his kind support.”
