Ipswich Hospital has changed its policy on Bounty representatives after a Suffolk woman raised concerns after her experience. Bounty is a service which gives new mothers a pack containing free samples such as nappies, a government child benefit application, and a photography service. Ms Bowman who gave birth back in May wrote two letters to the hospital expressing how she doesn’t feel the bounty representatives should be able to approach new mothers just hours after giving birth. Gym goers will be happy to hear a new gym is coming to Ipswich. The venue, which is called CrossFit, will be located next to the Suffolk Food Hall. Co-owner, Kirsty Turner, explained that it isn’t going to be your normal gym she said: “It isn’t going to be your typical gym, there will be four rowing machines, four bike machines, four ski machines and a big range of weight lifting equipment. The key feature will be a 34ft rig where you can do pull ups and other exercises.
