A man from Harwich has been charged with breaching a non-molestation order and possession of cannabis.
Police had previously launched an appeal to locate John Menzies, 49, of Crown Lane.
He was arrested in the early hours of Monday, June 4, after being found on the roof of Asda in Main Road, Dovercourt.
He is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court today, Tuesday, June 5.
