Ipswich Town will take on Barnet as part of their preparations for the new campaign, with the game at the Hive set for Saturday, July 21 at 3pm.
Friendlies against Braintree (July 14), Crawley (July 17) and MK Dons (July 24) have already been confirmed ahead of the 2018/19 season.
They will now take on a side relegated to the National League last season after they finished 23rd in League Two.
Town are also closing in on a friendly at Portman Road - scheduled for July 28 - with further details to be announced in the coming days.
As has been the norm in recent years, under the management of Mick McCarthy, the Blues are set to spend some time in Ireland ahead of the campaign, with a friendly possible during the trip at the start of July. No details have been confirmed at this stage, though.
The fixtures for the new Championship season are due to be released on June 21, while the club expect to have news of next season’s kit later this month.
