Police are appealing for witnesses following a theft of cash from a shop in Newmarket.
The theft took place at McColls convenience shop in St Mary’s Square at around 8.40pm on Saturday, May 12.
According to a spokeswoman for Suffolk police, an offender had entered the shop and stole an amount of cash from the till before running out.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information that could assist officers in their investigation should call Suffolk police on 101 quoting crime reference 37/25903/18.
