Ipswich Town youngster Dylan Crowe is just one win away from the Under 17 European Championship final following the Young Lions’ victory over Norway yesterday.
Having started two of his side’s group games and played 45 minutes in the other, 17-year-old Crowe was an unused substitute as England beat Norway 2-0 in Burton to secure safe passage to the last four of the competition.
They will now face face the Netherlands or the Republic of Ireland in their semi-final, with those two sides facing off in Chesterfield this evening.

Young right-back Crowe has just completed the first year of his scholarship at Portman Road and has played in the Under 23s as well as playing his part in the Blues’ FA Youth Cup run.
Another Ipswich right back, Josh Emmanuel, played his part in Rotherham’s League One play-off semi-final first leg draw at Scunthopre over the weekend, driving forward well to deliver the cross which led to the Millers’ second goal.
The return leg is at the New York Stadium on Wednesday night.
