George Moldovanu, who lives in Rouse Hall Gardens, was driving without a licence in Bucklsham Road, Kirton when the police attempted to pull him over.
Suffolk Magistrates Court heard that Moldovanu failed to stop and drove through a red light in Felixstow Road before eventually stopping when persued by police.
Speaking in the dock, Moldovanu pleaded guilty and said he ‘paniced’ when police tried to stop him.
The police chase lasted around two minutes before Moldovanu pulled over and complied with police.
Moldovanu appeared before Magistrates on Monday (JANUARY 8) and was found guilty of four charges; driving without a licence, driving without insurance, failing to stop at a red light and failing to stop when required by police.
He was given six points on his licence and told to pay £355 court costs.
