Police are investigating the theft of £10,000 worth of jewellery from a house in Leavenheath.
The theft was reported to police on Sunday, December 17, at a property on Harrow Street.
The victims found five items of jewellery - four rings and a bracelet, had been stolen.
The stolen rings are described as a single stone diamond white platinum ring set in a six class setting, a 2mm wide white gold wedding ring engraved with ‘21.12.46 SV MCL’ and a ring with a pale blue oval spire with diamonds surrounding it.
The bracelet is an eight stone diamond bracelet, 19cm long and 4.5mm wide, with 30 rectangular engraved links.
Anyone who knows of the whereabouts of these items of jewellery or has information regarding their theft should contact Bury St Edmunds police quoting crime reference number 37/79959/17.
