Traffic is reported to have been at a standstill after a crash on the A14 in Suffolk this morning – though the road has now cleared.
Suffolk police received reports of a three vehicle collision in the eastbound carriageway near to the junction with the A140 at Coddenham, shortly before 8.30am.
A spokesman for Suffolk police later confirmed only two vehicles had been involved – a Ford Focus and Audi A7 – both of which had been cleared from the carriage way by 9am.
Traffic was reported to be been backed up to the A1120 near Stowmarket and is expected to take a while to clear.
The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust has been called to attend one of the drivers, though their injuries are not thought to be serious.
