Bartosz Bialkowski’s stunning recent form has been rewarded by a nomination for the Championship Player of the Month award for February.
The Pole, who regained his place in goal following Dean Gerken’s shoulder injury at the end of January, has been the Blues’ standout player of late with a string of top class saves keeping his side in games.
His performances in February have seen him nominated for the Championship player of the month award, where he faces competition from Bristol City’s Aden Flint, who beat him twice in identical fashion as the Robins beat Ipswich 2-1 at Ashton Gate.
Also nominated are Tom Cairney of Fulham and Tomer Hemed of Brighton, while Sean Dyche (Burnley), Simon Grayson (Preston), Chris Hughton (Brighton) and Lee Johnson (Bristol City) are nominated for the manager of the month award.
All winners are announced tomorrow morning.
