Police are appealing for help to find a man they want to speak to in connection with an incident of criminal damage in Harwich.
Adam Spiteri, aged 27, was last known to be living in Brentwood and has connections with Forest Gate, London.
He is described as white, 5ft 6ins tall, of medium build, with short brown hair and has scars on both forearms.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact Clacton police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
