Police are investigating after a 45-year-old man was assaulted in Cotmer Road, Lowestoft.
The man was walking home on Sunday, July 26 at around 12.30am when he passed a man and a woman arguing.
It is not clear what happened next, but the 45-year-old man suffered bruising and a cut to his forehead, while also grazing his elbow and knee.
Police are keen to speak to anyone who may have been in the area at the time, and in particular trace the couple.
