A woman has suffered smoke inhalation following a flat fire in Carlford Court in Ipswich.
Two fire and rescue crews from Ipswich were sent to the address after the call came in at 2.39pm.
The firefighters used two breathing apparatus and one dry powder extinguisher to fight the blaze which was on the second floor.
A woman suffered smoke inhalation and was left in the care of the ambulance service.
The incident was under control by 3.19pm.
