A 29-year-old Ipswich man is due in court today after being charged with six sex assaults on women in the town.
Krzysztof Bak, of Bransby Gardens was arrested in Ipswich at around 7.30am yesterday.
Three of the alleged assaults are said to have occurred in Crown Street, Dorothy Perkins on the Cornhill, and near the entrance of the Wolsey Theatre in Civic Drive.
Bak was questioned by officers at the police investigation centre at Martlesham yesterday, before being charged and remanded in custody overnight.
He is due to appear before Ipswich magistrates this morning.
The assaults are alleged to have taken place in March, April and May.
