While many of us wince at the sight of an old school photo, a group of Suffolk students can be sure of looking their best.
Renowned fashion and portrait photographer David Titlow returned to his old school in Leiston, where sixth-formers brought their personal styles into frame.
Mr Titlow, who went to Leiston High - now Alde Valley School - and has since captured celebrities for the likes of Vanity Fair, Marie Claire and Esquire, as well as shooting advertising campaigns for global brands, was inspired to create a new project which would offer current students the chance to sit for an alternative portrait that would “reveal his or her personality to their schoolmates, teachers, parents and ultimately the world in a positive and creative manner – whilst also providing an interesting juxtaposition to the anonymity of the traditional uniformed school portrait.”
Each pupil will get a high quality print of their portrait.
