A watch has been stolen from a property in Chelmsford.
An Oris TT1 diver’s watch was stolen from a house in Attwood Close on Saturday February 15 between 11.30am and 6pm.
Thieves entered the house through an open back door whilst the victim was in the garden and stole the watch and £40 in cash from the kitchen.
DC Eva Verlander, who is investigating the break-in, said: “This watch is quite distinctive and looks like the one in the picture. It is made of stainless steel with a black bezel and is valued at £900.
“If anyone is offered this item for sale or if they have any other information about this burglary I would urge them to call me at Chelmsford CID on 101.”
Anyone with information can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
