Ipswich Town crashed out of the FA Cup after going down 3-2 in a dramatic Third Round replay at Preston North End on Tuesday night.
After a dire and goalless first half, Frank Nouble looked to have put the Blues closer to a place in round four, and a trip to Nottingham Forest, with his opener on 58 minutes.
However, Preston manager Simon Grayson made an inspired substitution, throwing on Joe Garner in the 62nd minute and within seven minutes, the striker had netted twice to turn the game on its head.
Town substitute David McGoldrick headed a leveller for the visitors but it was that man Garner who sent the Lilywhites into round four with a winner two minutes from time.
